Board & Brush is expanding with their second Northern Nevada Franchise. Fred Jayet represented the Tenant, Ashly with Matusek Ventures LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company that will open the new Board & Brush at D’andrea Market Place on Vista Blvd in Sparks. The new studio is 1,300 SF and will be open after the improvements are completed.
